Rejuvenate your mind and body with mindful movement videos available in the Calm app!

Movement is one of the most powerful ways to release tension, lift depression, and get better sleep.  But our lifestyles can make it difficult to get the activity our body needs. We spend so much of our time sitting in traffic, on the subway, or at a desk in front of a screen. And after an exhausting day at work, it's easy to just fall in front of the TV and sit some more.

That's why we created Calm Body, a guide to mindful movement in your pocket!

Don't worry. We're not going to force you into pretzel-like positions or have you gasping for breath on the treadmill.

In these short sessions, we’ll guide you through gentle, accessible movements designed to create the balance of mobility and stability that your body needs. With just a few minutes of motion, you can transform from tired to energized or anxious to calm.

All levels of experience are welcome. Calm Body is for everyone.

If you already meditate with us, this will be an exciting new avenue for your practice. And if you’ve struggled with meditation because you can't sit still, Calm Body is the perfect entry point to explore of mindfulness.
