Happy May 1st, everyone!

Here’s a sneak peek of some of the Daily Calm sessions we’ll be releasing this month. 

In ‘Surrender,’ we’ll learn when to fight and when to accept the changing circumstances of our lives, In ‘Teachers,’ we’ll do a Loving Kindness practice to celebrate those who have offered us support, and in ‘Humility,’ we’ll talk about the true nature of inner-strength.

Because it’s National Anxiety and Depression Awareness Week this month, we’ll also be releasing sessions on the themes of Depression and anxiety. And In ‘Worry,’ we’ll explore how to alleviate concerns.

Also upcoming this month is a session titled, ‘Warmduscher,’ a German word that refers to people reluctant to step outside their comfort zone. As we introduce this concept, we’ll explore how to push beyond the boundaries of what’s comfortable.

These are just some of the sessions we’ll be releasing this month. There are lots more to look forward to!

Depending on where you find yourself on this magnificent glove, it may be a time of buds beginning to bloom or leaves continuing to fall. Either way, as May sets off and the forces and processes of nature work their magic, I invite you to drink it up with each breath. Allow the change and progression you see all around you to inspire the evolution of your own practice. By bringing mindfulness into our lives, on a daily basis, we are building a foundation that will grow stronger over time.
