We’ve all had those mornings when we drag ourselves out of bed, dreading the workday ahead. The good news is that this feeling is more common than you might think, and there are ways to deal with it that don’t involve quitting your job on impulse (step away from that email). We’re not saying you’ll happily skip to the office every morning, but, at the very least, you may be able to find a balance that makes it easier to roll out of bed and face the day.
