In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to do a daily check-in with yourself by recording how you’re feeling with the Calm app.

As you build awareness of how your feelings ebb and flow over time you’ll find a steadier, more centered place within to experience the ups, downs and in-betweens of being human.

A few tips for tracking your mood:

  • Set a daily reminder in the Calm app (it can be helpful to check-in at the same time each day). To do this, take the following path from the bottom menu in the app: More > Settings > Check-in Reminders

  • Note anything that might be contributing to your current mood.

  • If you’re having trouble articulating how you’re feeling, look at the feelings wheel to help you gain insight into what’s coming up for you.

  • At the end of each week, take some time to look at your daily check-ins and reflect.
