Tip #19 for the holiday season: Practice Gratitude
Take some time to think about all that you’re thankful for in your life this holiday season. Write down a list of everything and everyone. For each thing, take a deep breath, and for each person you are grateful for, send a quick text or note. (You just might make someone’s day during the busiest time of year!)
