Tip #30 for the holiday season: Open up
To resolve or not to resolve? There is no wrong or right, although both camps will often have you believe otherwise. If you resolve to do anything in 2020, we advise doing what’s right for you. Whether you set any intentions for 2020 or not, it’s worth taking a moment think about the year ahead.
What are your hopes for 2020?
How do you want to take care of yourself in 2020.
What do you want to cultivate in 2020?
Who do you want to spend time with this year?
How do you want to feel in 2020?
What will help or hinder your efforts to live well in the year ahead?
Do you want to make intentions/commitments/resolutions? Why or why not?
Some hopes for 2020 from the Calm team:
Jade: I hope to have a healthy 2020, with a good work-life balance! I hope to continue to work on my self-confidence and also do more loving-kindness meditations to cultivate a deeper sense of compassion.
Christi-an: My intention is to offer myself, even more, space and time to move slow, listen and rest. I want to make space for sewing projects and gathering with like-minded hearts.
