Introducing ... Calm Masterclasses

Introducing ... Calm Masterclasses

Calm Masterclasses are our new monthly series of life-changing audio classes delivered by world experts.

They are the biggest new addition to Calm’s ever-growing library of content since the launch of Sleep Stories barely a year ago, not to mention since Calm was named Apple’s App of the Year less than a month ago.

They’re also an opportunity for mindful learning – your chance to dive deeper into some of the subjects that we cover in our Daily Calm meditations.

Our first Calm Masterclass – Breaking Bad Habits, taught by Dr Judson Brewer – launches this week. Dr Brewer is a global thought-leader on habit-change, the science of self-mastery and using mindfulness to overcome addictions.

There are podcasts, there are TED talks ... and now there are Calm Masterclasses, a new way of learning in-depth about a subject that deserves your full attention.

Calm Masterclasses will cover everything from anxiety to depression, sleep, eating, fear of flying, pregnancy – and more.

In our first hour-long Calm Masterclass on Breaking Bad Habits we want you to discover that breaking a bad habit is simpler than you might think.

You'll learn about how your mind works, and then how to hack the mind's reward system, so that you can take old habits in a positive new direction.

Wishing you a transformative year ahead.
